Born from a love of the sea and a passion for the plate

The Curious Fork began with a simple conviction: the best meals start with the best ingredients, and the best ingredients come from right here — the Pacific Northwest coast. Our kitchen draws from the waters off Seaview and the fertile farmland of the surrounding region.

Every dish tells a story of place and season. We work directly with local fishermen and farmers, building relationships that shape our menu week to week. The result is food that tastes unmistakably of this coast — bold, honest, and deeply satisfying.
